Turning the Calendar Over

Kilpatrick's Jeralyn Baran was recently interviewed for The Chicago Lawyer Magazine's latest article, "Turning the Calendar Over."

In the article, Jeri provides comments on key issues in employment law and cybersecurity in 2025.

"At the state level, Baran said, Illinois is “battening down the hatches” and giving employees protections wherever it can. The state expanded the time frame for filing charges under the Illinois Human Rights Act and added additional protected categories such as reproductive health decisions and family decisions."
